I have lengthy experience in organising weddings throughout the Balearic Islands and will aim to perfectly match the location to each couples’ own specifications.
Every wedding should be unique and that’s why I like to meet the happy couples beforehand in order to discuss details. A preferred location of mine is the trendy Santa Catalina district with its many cosy bars in which to talk about your special day. I find a relaxed conversation in a comfortable setting brings ideas together very quickly and we can end the day with the peace of mind that we’re all on the same page.

I’ve lived between Marbella and the Balearic Islands for 20 years now and have organised weddings at a variety of locations. As a result, I know exactly what options are available – and above all, which locations would suit a couples’ wishes. I know each location personally and work with a variety of local service providers. After all, we do not want to leave anything to chance here at My Wedding Café, so we subtly pull the strings in the background while you enjoy your unique day to the fullest.
What does a wedding planner do?
As a wedding planner, I am there to support the couple throughout the entire marriage process. From the planning stage right through to the actual wedding party itself. If requested, we will do the entire planning and organization ourselves, including:
- the search for a suitable location
- hotel and shuttle service
- all decorations
- catering, wedding cake
- music, entertainment
- photographer / videographer
- all printed materials such as invitations, place cards, menu cards etc.
- style consultation (wedding wardrobe, hairstyle, make-up)
The advantages of having a wedding planner
A wedding planner is there to be the point of contact. As a result, the bridal couple are spared the annoying phone calls and paperwork. When it comes to the big day our work goes unnoticed in the background as we strive to make your big day truly special.
